About Our Company
The DeLuca Agency and Denver Insurance Brokerage Inc, a Trucordia business, has been providing exceptional quality insurance products and services to businesses and individuals for over 25 years. Licensed to do business in most of the Western United States, our offices are located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, Draper, Utah, and Owings Mills, Maryland. As a member of the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC), we provide high-quality insurance products at competitive rates. By developing long-term relationships with some of the nation’s top insurance providers, we are able to tailor a plan to meet the needs of every client.

Meet the Team
Steve DeLuca
Steve brings more than 30 years of diverse insurance industry leadership experience. Steve started his insurance career in the financial sector with MetLife, Allstate and Crump Life Insurance Services. He then went on to own a successful multi-line agency with Nationwide Insurance in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for over 10 years before moving to Colorado. For the past 12 years, Steve has successfully owned and operated independent insurance brokerages in Colorado, Utah, and Maryland under The DeLuca Agency & Denver Insurance Brokerage Inc names.
Throughout the course of Steve’s career, he has earned a number of company and industry awards, including attainment of MDRT as a producer. His insurance career began with MetLife in Ohio after graduating from John Carroll University where he also played football.
Steve’s personal interests; other than spending time with his wife and kids; include running, skiing, hiking, and reading. His more notable personal accomplishment includes completing eight marathons.
Gloria Fragapane
I started in the insurance industry in 2005, as customer service representative. I attended Colorado Technical University for my B.B.A, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
My hobbies include gardening and salsa dancing.
Susan O’Kelley
Susan O’Kelley is the owner and agency Principal of Avanti Insurance in Golden, Colorado. She and her family have been in the insurance industry since the 1990’s and in 2007, branched out on her own to establish Avanti Insurance.
Avanti specializes in health insurance including Medicare, Individual Family Plans, Small and Medium Group Employer Health Plans, Life Insurance, Long Term Care solutions and Supplemental insurance.
Susan says, “At Avanti, we are educators. We help you understand your insurance coverage, explain how these coverages work for you, and review your policies annually to help you plan for unexpected problems that may occur in the future.”
Paige Brown
Paige has been a licensed Associate Agent with The DeLuca Agency for over 12 years in Colorado, specializing in both personal insurance and commercial insurance products. Paige enjoys consulting with clients to help them navigate insurance and understand the protection that it can provide them when the right insurance products and coverage are put in place. She loves being an advisor to her clients.
Paige enjoys networking and bringing other business professionals together. She co-founded a local Business Networking International (BNI) chapter over eight years ago called BNI Higher Ground Networking in Littleton, Colorado, and is still an active member of the chapter. She’s held practically every leadership role over the years (President, Vice President, Membership Committee Chair, Visitor Host Chair, Mentor Coordinator). She loves building relationships with other professionals and being able to provide insurance industry- knowledge to other business professionals.
Paige graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in Journalism and Spanish. She also studied abroad with Saint Louis University at their Madrid, Spain, campus.
Paige considers herself “almost” a native Coloradan as she has lived in Colorado since she was seven. Paige loves the active outdoor lifestyle of living in Colorado, enjoying many outdoor activities with her family and friends such as skiing, hiking, biking, golfing and paddle boarding. With all that Colorado has to offer, there are still places in Colorado that she looks forward to exploring.

Amanda Hazelton
I graduated college from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science. My insurance career started in 2017 with a locally owned Independent Agency. I became an agent in 2019. When I am not helping our valued customers, I love to spend time hiking, crocheting, reading, weather-watching, and spending time with my family. I have been with The Deluca Agency since 2020.
Vincent Williams
I’m a licensed insurance account manager with over 15 years of experience in account management and direct client support. Throughout my career, I’ve managed multiple agent portfolios with a strong focus on communication and relationship-building. I enjoy helping private clients with their insurance needs, making sure their insurance experience is as easy as possible.
With several years of high-touch client service, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to keep clients informed and genuinely cared for. What sets me apart is my ability to blend efficiency with empathy, ensuring that every interaction is not only productive, but also meaningful, making people feel like they truly matter.
For the past 6 years, I’ve worked fully remotely from Oklahoma in insurance account management, working with clients on the west coast, east coast, and central regions, consistently maintaining strong communication allowing me to work seamlessly with colleagues across different time zones.
Outside of my professional work, in my free time, I’m also a self-taught techno-pop music producer with 5 albums publicly released. I also enjoy competition reality TV, theatre, film, hanging out with my friends and my cats.
After visiting Colorado several times for pleasure, I’m excited to be a part of a Colorado agency, helping Colorado residents.
Ryan Roy
Ryan Roy brings a deep, generational understanding of insurance to The DeLuca Agency. Raised in an insurance family, Ryan spent 15 years working in his father’s agency, learning the business from the ground up and developing a strong appreciation for doing things the right way—with clarity, integrity, and client advocacy at the forefront.
A Colorado native from the Arvada and Westminster area, Ryan has extensive experience serving businesses and property owners throughout the Front Range. His expertise includes commercial property, habitational risk, builder’s risk, and complex commercial exposures. Ryan is known for his ability to break down coverage in a clear, understandable way and for helping clients thoughtfully craft insurance programs that truly fit their operations and long-term goals.
Ryan is passionate about education and believes informed clients make better decisions. He takes pride in being a trusted advisor who helps clients understand not just what their policies say—but how they protect them when it matters most.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys woodworking, RV travel, and slalom waterskiing, embracing both creativity and adventure in his time away from the office.
Lisa Hall
I kicked off my career in insurance back in 1999, starting in the claims department—and I never looked back! Since then, I’ve worn a lot of hats across the industry, from customer service and agency support to building quoting websites as a business analyst. I even spent time as a producer before finding my perfect fit in 2016, working with business clients in Commercial Lines.
Someone asked me why I chose insurance. My answer is simple: I believe in what I do. I love helping people—and there’s no better feeling than knowing you’ve helped protect someone when it matters most.
When I’m not working, life is busy in the best way. I love spending time with my fiancé, our three dogs, our kids, and the rest of our family. You can usually find me digging in the garden (anything from veggies to flowers to houseplants!), or out and about enjoying the weekend.
Weekends tend to be full of fun and energy—RC race tracks, bingo nights, high school sports, or cheer competitions keep things lively. And when I get the chance, I love to travel and try new experiences—because there’s always something new to see or explore!
Saying I’m excited to be part of the Deluca Team might be the understatement! In my role as a Commercial Lines Client Manager, I’m all in when it comes to supporting clients and making sure their insurance needs are covered from every angle. The agent (Paige Brown) was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the various companies, coverage, etc. They are able to cater to high end clients and it shows with their knowledge, thoroughness, and expertise.
